The money side
6% instead of 21%, if your home is more than ten years old.
Three conditions have to be met at the same time. We check them with you before pricing, so the price on the quote is the price on the invoice.

You sign a declaration, and we invoice at 6% the labour and the materials we supply. Cleaning a home more than ten years old also falls under the reduced rate.

Renolution grants have been suspended since January 2025, and the Brussels government confirmed in February 2026 that they will not return in their current form. Their replacement by zero-interest loans is announced for 2027. In the meantime the ECORENO loan from Bruxelles Environnement still exists, between 1.5 and 2.5%. Many websites still advertise grants that no longer exist. We prefer to tell you before the quote, not after.

How soon do I get my quote?
A visit on site within five working days, then an itemised quote within the 48 hours that follow. Free and without obligation.
Is the start date written in the quote?
Yes. A start date and an end date, both of them in the quote. Without a written date you have no recourse if things run late, and it is normal that you ask it of us as of anyone else.
Am I entitled to the 6% VAT rate?
If your home was first occupied more than ten years ago, is used mainly as private housing, and the invoice is addressed to you as the end consumer, then yes. You sign a declaration, and we invoice at 6% both the labour and the materials we supply.
Are you insured?
Professional liability and ten-year cover, as the Peeters-Borsus law requires. The certificates are handed to you with the quote, without you having to ask.
What happens if an extra comes up during the work?
You get the detail and the price first. Nothing is carried out without your written agreement, and the final invoice contains nothing you have not approved.
How far do you travel?
Thirty kilometres around our address in Uccle. That covers the nineteen Brussels municipalities, a large part of Walloon Brabant and the south of Flemish Brabant.
Is the end-of-site cleaning included?
