Detailed quote within 48 hours
Line by line, with the specification attached. Free and without obligation.

Named team and posted schedule
You get the team's first names and the days they come. They do not change from one month to the next.
Step 04
Quality check at every visit
A signed sheet stays on site. The area manager comes once a month to go through it with you.
The price, straight
What cleaning done properly costs.
The real ranges on the Belgian market in 2026, excluding VAT. Your exact quote depends on the floor area, the frequency and the level of finish.

The question we get asked
Service vouchers do not cover your offices.
Service vouchers are reserved for private households: the home, the ironing, the shopping. They apply neither to offices, nor to building common areas, nor to practices, nor to shops.
In Brussels, since 1 January 2026, they also cost more and the tax advantage is gone. For business premises the work is invoiced with company VAT, and that invoice is deductible. We would rather tell you now than let you go looking.

What we get asked most.
What hours do you work?
In the evening after closing, early in the morning before opening, or during the day if you prefer. We fit your hours, not the other way round.
Is it really the same team at every visit?
Yes, and you get their first names when we start. If somebody is on leave or off sick, the stand-in is introduced beforehand and has already seen your premises.
How does the trial month work?
You start on one month, at the price on the quote. If you stop at the end, you pay for the month worked and nothing else. No notice period and no break fee.
Is your staff declared?
Fully, under joint committee 121 for cleaning. Since September 2024 cleaning activities also have to be registered site by site, and we do it.
Do you supply the products and the equipment?
Yes, everything is included in the price: products, machines and consumables. If you want certified eco-labelled products, say so and the quote takes it into account.
Can I use service vouchers for my offices?
No. Service vouchers are reserved for private households. For business premises the work is invoiced with company VAT, and that invoice is deductible.
Do you also do post-construction cleaning?
Yes, that is our other trade. If you are renovating, the same company does the work and the clean-up. You can find that side of the business on our renovation page.
